City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is hiring a Resourcing Partner to proactively source the best candidates in the market for our Branch network. As the recruitment champion for Branch teams, you will manage the full lifecycle, build robust talent pipelines, and nurture key stakeholder relationships in our fast-paced sector.
What You'll Do
- Headhunt and build connections to attract the best candidates in a crowded market.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting and sourcing to interviews and offers using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Proactively source top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and specialist platforms.
- Champion the candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, engaged, and inspired throughout the process.
- Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as the go-to recruitment advisor for your region.
- Support long-term workforce planning by shaping recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
- Report on vacancy progress and performance, sharing insights with the Resourcing Manager and HR partners.
What We're Looking For
- Direct sourcing skills, including active talent hunting via LinkedIn, social media, and creative search methods.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role with a strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Experience in using different interview formats and assessing candidates fairly and effectively.
- Proactive, organised, and self-sufficient mindset, able to manage workload and prioritise with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities.
Nice to Have
- In-house recruitment experience, partnering closely with hiring managers and building stakeholder relationships.
- Recruitment experience in the healthcare or social care sector.
- Experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital outreach campaigns.

You will be part of the dynamic People team, supporting the Branch Network, and will report to the Resourcing Manager.

- Compensation: £34,680 per annum.
- 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays and birthday off.
