Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries for A&A team members and in-charges, addressing issues directly and escalating to management when necessary.
- Manage end-to-end scheduling and resource distribution for the A&A department, including real-time tracking of capacity channels and prompt resolution of pairing requests.
- Conduct routine follow-ups with team members, involving coaches as needed, including onboarding check-ins, to confirm schedule clarity, accurate time tracking, and adherence to capacity commitments.
- Track discrepancies between planned and actual billable hours and capacity utilization, and communicate insights on skill gaps, cross-training, or hiring needs to management.
- Conduct initial assessments of staff capacity against firm-wide billable goals, reporting findings to the Resource & Operations Manager prior to departmental review.
- Keep the scheduling platform up to date and generate capacity reports to inform staffing strategies and hiring planning.
- Support post-engagement evaluations by connecting appropriate staff and reviewers within the A&A team to promote ongoing feedback.
- Produce and share scheduling and capacity summaries ahead of internal operations meetings to enable informed staffing discussions.
- Support process enhancements and firm-wide initiatives as directed by the Resource & Operations Manager.
