Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Currently licensed as a Resident in Counseling and pursuing LPC licensure in Virginia
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have
- proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
