About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collect and organize data from various member feedback sources
- Assist in designing surveys and evaluation tools
- Conduct literature reviews on healthcare member engagement practices
- Support the analysis of program outcomes and service metrics
- Prepare summaries and visualizations of research findings
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in member experience
- Contribute to reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive member information
- Participate in planning sessions for service improvement initiatives
- Track key performance indicators related to member satisfaction
- Help develop frameworks for measuring service effectiveness
- Review existing processes to identify areas for enhancement
- Assist in coordinating focus groups or interviews with members
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across projects
- Support the implementation of research-based recommendations
- Stay current with best practices in health services research
- Use statistical software to analyze survey results
- Draft documentation for research methodologies and findings
- Coordinate with IT to access and manage databases
- Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Follow ethical guidelines for handling participant data
- Assist in benchmarking against industry standards
- Help maintain a repository of research materials
- Provide input on member communication strategies
- Support continuous learning and evaluation culture
