Lifenethealth is looking for a Research Operations Case Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of research projects by managing the screening and logistical details of donated gifts. You will provide essential guidance to recovery teams and program managers, contributing to a mission rooted in healing and bringing hope to patients worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Accurately identify, screen, and process all potential organ and tissue referrals for research to maximize donation opportunities.
- Input research donor referrals into internal electronic management systems to track referrals, recoveries, imports, and shipments.
- Arrange and communicate shipment details for recovered organs and tissues with all relevant parties.
- Complete research donor information summaries and share necessary medical records and shipment manifests.
- Maintain all electronic management systems with correct and timely data entry for authorized research referrals.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years of work experience as an EMT, hospital corpsman, ER/ICU tech, in dispatch, or a related healthcare field.
Nice to Have
- Associate’s degree in Allied Health, LifeSciences, or a related medical field.
- Three (3) years of experience in tissue banking, organ procurement, or a related industry.
Team & Environment
You will join the LifeSciences Biospecimens Fulfillment Operations department.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 5:15 a.m. Eastern Time.
