NeoGenomics is hiring an Oncology Sales Specialist to serve as an oncology diagnostic sales overlay in the greater Tampa-Marco Island area. This role advances our purpose-driven mission to improve patient care by supporting oncology customers and opportunities within the assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify opportunities and target new oncology groups to sell oncology products, focusing on new product growth.
- Work closely with the Territory Business Manager to understand customer needs, align on solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
- Expand and upsell within current oncology groups.
- Interact with a range of oncologists including hematologists, medical oncologists, academic oncologists, surgical oncologists, and gynecologic oncologists.
- Achieve annual sales and profit goals by efficiently managing and satisfying customer needs in your region.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge and ability to learn NeoGenomics products, services, processes, policies, and key internal teams.
- Strong knowledge and ability to learn competitor products, services, policies, practices, and the payer and reimbursement landscape.
Team & Environment
Ensures coordination of sales efforts with the respective Territory Business Managers and Regional Director.
