What You’ll Do
- Make 75 or more outbound calls each day to healthcare practices to identify key decision makers and assess interest in digital marketing solutions.
- Build rapport quickly, address concerns, and determine fit for services through confident, professional phone engagement.
- Schedule daily appointments with qualified prospects and coordinate with Account Executives to ensure follow-through.
- Collaborate with sales partners to support client conversion and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and product offerings to speak knowledgeably with prospects.
- Meet daily productivity targets and contribute to revenue goals through consistent performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect authentically over the phone.
- Proven ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain focus in a high-volume calling environment.
- At least six months of experience in an entry-level sales or customer-facing role.
- Comfort with cold outreach and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Access to reliable high-speed internet and availability to work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time.
Preferred Background
- Experience in outbound prospecting or lead generation.
- Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary of $45,000 per year, with top performers earning up to $80,000 annually when commissions are included. The commission structure is uncapped and paid monthly, providing direct reward for results.
