Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple quantitative research projects
- Ensuring timelines are met and outputs are delivered to a high standard
- Writing and refining questionnaires with input from senior team members
- Conducting analysis including reviewing data tables and coding open-end responses
- Supporting development of table specifications to ensure accurate and robust outputs
- Contributing to preparation of client deliverables including drafting report templates in PowerPoint
- Supporting the development of final reports
- Working closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot issues
- Providing regular updates to manager on project progress
- Contributing to internal discussions on findings and implications
- Supporting on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate
Requirements
- 5-6+ years of experience in market research with healthcare experience
- Appreciation of marketing / client side issues
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to multi task under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High level of proficiency with Excel or SPSS
