Mass General Brigham is hiring a Research Community Health Worker - Bilingual Spanish to deliver evidence-based interventions for a multisite research study focused on mental health, obesity/weight management, and cancer screening in socially vulnerable communities. As part of a not-for-profit organization dedicated to exceptional patient care, research, and community service, you will help drive forward groundbreaking medical discoveries.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for a multisite research study.
- Conduct group and/or individual sessions with enrolled patients.
- Maintain post-session notes and conduct careful tracking of intervention sessions.
- Take part in weekly supervision with licensed providers for input and coaching support.
- Potentially conduct outreach to potential participants and invite them to be screened.
- Travel to participating clinic sites.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the Disparities Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. You will receive formal training in the intervention of focus and participate in weekly supervision with licensed providers.

- Compensation: $18.22 - $26.06/Hourly
