Responsibilities
- Conduct titer assessments, antibody screening, and validation using high-throughput multicolor flow cytometry and ELISA methods
- Execute and resolve issues in cell-based functional assays
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures, including thawing, passaging, scaling up, freezing, and quality control for diverse adherent and suspension cell lines
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot antibody characterization experiments using label-free technologies such as BLI and SPR to analyze binding kinetics, ligand interference, and epitope binning
- Manage sample processing, track inventory, and support automation integration within the team
- Carry out multiple concurrent antibody discovery projects involving hands-on laboratory work, data interpretation, reporting, and timely delivery of results
- Document experimental procedures accurately, draft technical reports, and share findings with scientific rigor and ethical standards
