Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Research Associate, Demand Generation to contribute directly to our business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market intelligence, lead generation, and prospecting efforts that fuel our strategic sales initiatives. You will analyze industries, identify key opportunities, and build strong data-driven prospecting lists that directly support our global business development.
What You'll Do
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential prospects.
- Build and maintain accurate and comprehensive prospecting databases from scratch for target industries.
- Extract and organize credible data from multiple sources into structured formats for business use.
- Support business development through email campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities.
- Identify, validate, and leverage reliable data sources for research and lead generation.
- Monitor industry updates and market movements to guide sales and strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure research efforts align with growth priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business development.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and defined scopes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to source, validate, and interpret accurate information.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
