Company is hiring a Research and Development Professional to drive food innovation from concept to production. You will be responsible for developing new products, refining formulas, and ensuring quality in our chicken processing facility.
What You'll Do
- Develop innovative products that meet market needs.
- Research, test, and improve food formulas to achieve quality, taste, and nutritional value.
- Analyze and solve problems in the production process to deliver quality products to customers.
- Track and study food industry trends to apply insights to development work.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to exchange ideas and achieve set objectives.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Product Development, Food Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in food product research and development.
Work Mode
This role is fully onsite at our production facility: Five-Star Grilled Chicken Plant, Chok Chai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
