Seagate is looking for an Analyst II to join our International Trade Administration (ITA) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational implementation and adherence of international trade compliance programs supporting our import and export activities.
What You'll Do
- Implement and handle day-to-day routine jobs related to BOI and Customs effectively.
- Participate in global trade compliance activities such as SPL screening and product classification (e.g., ECCN, US HTS).
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on new Customs and BOI requirements and processes.
- Monitor ITA-related systems, including GTS and TBMS, on a daily basis.
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties, including government authorities.
- A positive mindset and collaborative approach as a team player.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in BOI and Customs fields.
- Familiarity with inbound and outbound Customs clearance processes, BOI reporting, Free Zone regulations, and relevant Customs/BOI systems.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor's degree in trade compliance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of an ERP system (SAP), MS Office, and AI tools.
