The University of Chicago is hiring a Research Analyst to perform research experiments culturing and analyzing T cells using basic immunological techniques. This position will provide essential technical and logistical support for the Rathmell Lab, assisting post-doctoral fellows and graduate students in their research initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Maintain technical and administrative support for a research project.
- Analyze and maintain data and/or specimens, conduct literature reviews, and assist with reports and manuscripts.
- Install, set up, and perform experiments under the direction of the principal investigator.
- Maintain recruiting and scheduling for research subjects, assist with developing study protocols and data collection tools, and provide general administrative support.
- Perform other related work as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A college or university degree in a related field.
- Knowledge and skills developed through less than 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
Team & Environment
You will work under the direction of the principal investigator, interacting with students and other laboratory staff while assisting post-doctoral fellows and graduate students.
