Particula is seeking a Research Analyst focused on the EMEA region to advance our rating and monitoring platform for digital assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our methodologies are industry-leading and deliver actionable insights to our clients.

What You'll Do

Aggregate and analyze data to gain meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis, and clear presentation of results.
Coordinate internal requirements and constraints with developers, marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
Ensure research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Seek opportunities to continuously improve data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting processes, keeping ahead of industry best practices.
Improve the holistic rating framework by ensuring the accuracy and relevance of metrics through analysis of market conditions and digital asset trends.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on credit risk and credit ratings.
Demonstrated expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, with practical knowledge of real-world asset (RWA) applications in digital finance.
Proficient in data analytics, with hands-on experience in leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights.
Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing digital assets.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports and presentations.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and executing plans based on market research, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new market developments, technological advancements, and evolving industry best practices.
