Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Research Admin Specialist II to join our Research Office team. In this role, you will develop essential documentation for clinical research studies, including coverage analyses and budgets, while helping to guide junior colleagues and support client needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop coverage analysis reports, study budgets, study calendars, charge segregation, and other required trial documentation for clinical research studies.
- Review and provide feedback for Clinical Research Administrative Specialist I projects.
- Begin to support client contacts for client-specific needs.
What We're Looking For
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical research administration experience.
- Experience developing clinical research budgets.
- Experience in coverage analysis.
Nice to Have
- Coverage Analysis experience is highly desired.
- Experience in clinical trials policy and other applicable research billing rules, including applying policy to protocols for coverage determination.
- Experience with conducting Quality Assurance reviews aimed at reducing the QA burden.
- Background in medical coding or billing or a degree in Health Information Management.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with individuals at various organizational levels and providing timely updates internally and externally.
- Ability to contribute to innovative solutions and process improvements in clinical trial coverage analysis and budgeting.
- Experience in providing guidance and training to junior staff and fostering continuous improvement.
- A commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.

- Compensation range: $72,000 - $88,000.
