Remote Recruitment is looking for a Research Admin Assistant to support our strategic recruitment initiatives. In this remote role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders at a UK-based executive search firm, providing meticulous research and administrative support for high-impact hiring decisions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed research and talent mapping for senior and board-level positions.
- Compile and update talent pipelines, market maps, and competitor insights.
- Prepare briefing documents and candidate profiles for internal and client-facing use.
- Manage executive inboxes and respond to emails with professionalism and discretion.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and calls across international time zones.
- Maintain internal databases, trackers, and CRM systems with accurate research data.
- Support consultants and partners with administrative tasks related to search assignments.
- Ensure all communications and documents are handled with a high level of confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in talent research, executive search, or senior-level recruitment support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Excel, Outlook, and research tracking tools.
- Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop, strong internet connection, and a quiet remote workspace.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a PA, EA, or administrative assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
