Allstate NI is hiring a Represented/Litigation Moderate Bodily Injury Adjuster to manage moderate third-party claims with attorney or litigation involvement, primarily in Illinois and Wisconsin. You'll join a team dedicated to a caring and empowering claims culture, where leading with empathy is essential.
What You'll Do
- Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury where an attorney or litigation is involved.
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service.
- Communicate with customers and attorneys via voice calls, email, and text messages.
- Engage in negotiation processes using innovative platforms to reach fair injury settlements.
- Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage.
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.
- Utilize multiple tools including estimate tools, job aids, and settlement platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the claims system.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Casualty Represented or Litigation third-party claim handling experience.
Nice to Have
- Illinois and/or Wisconsin Casualty Claim handling experience.
