The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is seeking Nursing School Admissions Coaches to provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to aspiring nursing students navigating the competitive admissions process.
What You'll Do
- Guide students through the nursing school application process, including advising on essay writing, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Assist students in creating a strong narrative highlighting their passion for nursing and relevant experiences.
- Provide insight into the specific requirements and expectations of various nursing programs.
- Conduct practice interviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance students' communication skills.
- Collaborate with a network of professionals dedicated to educating prospective nursing students.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in nursing education or admissions counseling.
- Strong understanding of the nursing school admissions process and criteria.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students through the application journey.
- Experience with technology and online collaboration tools.
Benefits & Compensation
- Part-time, remote position.
- Compensation: $40/hr-$45/hr commensurate with experience.
