Corewell Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. In this full-time night shift role, you will provide virtual medical care to patients of all ages and varying acuity from a remote setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual medical care to patients of varying type and acuity.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program (for PAs)
- Master's, post-master's, or doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (for NPs, post-2000)
- State of Michigan Physician Assistant license (for PAs)
- State of Michigan Nurse Practitioner license (for NPs)
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (PA-C) certification (for PAs)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC within 90 days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 120 days
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 120 days
- 3 years of current, relevant clinical experience (for NPs)
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner (for NPs)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (for NPs)
