Mail Waves is hiring an Amazon Growth Operator to fully run our Amazon FBA channel end-to-end. You will work directly with the founders to build and scale a category-leading Amazon machine.
What You'll Do
- Run the Amazon channel end-to-end: manage listings, images, A+ content, storefront, PPC, inventory planning, troubleshooting, promotions, and reporting.
- Fix operational issues and proactively improve processes.
- Manage creative assets to build a better story, improve images, and increase conversion.
- Stay ahead of inventory to prevent stockouts and lost sales.
- Relentlessly optimize for profit, not vanity metrics.
- Protect margin while scaling the channel.
What We're Looking For
- Expert knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Ability to build a clean PPC structure and optimize it relentlessly.
- Understanding of how to rank products, convert traffic, and protect margin while scaling.
- Ability to manage creative for better images, story, and conversion.
- A proactive ownership mentality and a results-driven mindset.
