AireSpring is looking for a Business Development Representative who thrives on managing the complete sales journey from prospecting to closing. You will play a key role in expanding our markets and building lasting relationships with customers across Canada and the United States.
What You'll Do
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
- Acquire new customers and nurture relationships with existing ones via phone and at trade shows.
- Follow up on customer service inquiries with retailers, distributors, B2B clients, and integrators in your territory.
- Partner with the technical department to resolve issues for your customers.
- Promote our products to generate demand and enhance our brand distinction.
- Stay informed about field developments and new competitive activity.
What We're Looking For
- A background in customer service or sales.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, due to frequent contacts outside Quebec.
- An organized, autonomous, and resourceful work style.
- Strong adaptability and a collaborative team spirit.
- Persistence and skilled negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Enjoyment of coming into the office at least once a week for team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Canada and the United States for events.

- Experience with Salesforce and Salesgenie.

Work Mode
