Pfizer Inc was looking for a Représentant·e – Santé et sciences, mode virtuel // Virtual Sales Representative

Pfizer is hiring a Virtual Health and Sciences Representative (Représentant·e – Santé et sciences, mode virtuel) for a 15-month maternity leave replacement contract. You will be responsible for promoting, supporting, and selling products and services through digital channels, building strong customer relationships, and delivering a seamless virtual engagement experience.

What You'll Do

  • Use digital platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams to effectively engage with hospital purchasers, GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute an annual Business Interaction Plan (BIP) based on customer insights and territory analytics.
  • Build and maintain strong virtual customer relationships.
  • Utilise CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and document sales activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support, and medical in the planning and execution of business objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to facilitate meaningful customer conversations.
  • Demonstrate Pfizer Values and Leadership Behaviors, adhering to all company policies and industry codes.
  • Identify and handle adverse events and product complaint reports as per Corporate and Regulatory standard procedure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Business.
  • Expertise in consultative, customer-focused selling within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French & English. Must be able to communicate well in English, as duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for virtual engagement.
  • Ability to analyse data and leverage insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $63,300 to $117,875

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Canada.
