TransUnion is looking for an Application Support Analyst (Rep I-1) to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems for our contact centers and vendor partners. You will work within a hybrid model, directly supporting our operational integrity.
What You'll Do
- Review and manage application access provisioning for contact center and vendor associates, including onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate communications regarding application downtime between various contact center leads
- Diagnose and resolve application issues
What We're Looking For
- Ability to provide weekend support and work night shifts on a rotational basis
- Ability to work remotely and maintain self-motivation
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- A College degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the credit or financial services industry
- Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation
- A proven understanding of operations functions; experience in banking, retail credit, or consumer credit reporting is an asset
- The ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of small projects simultaneously
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
