About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for diagnostic equipment
- Conduct instrument installations and performance validations
- Deliver comprehensive training to laboratory staff on system operation
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly
- Collaborate with clients to resolve operational challenges
- Ensure instruments meet performance specifications
- Document service activities and client interactions
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Support sales team with technical demonstrations
- Respond to urgent service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain familiarity with product updates and enhancements
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
- Follow safety and compliance protocols during field visits
- Track and report equipment performance trends
- Participate in continuous professional development
- Adhere to service level agreements
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Support quality assurance initiatives
- Assist in validating system upgrades
