Antech Diagnostics is looking for a Field Applications Specialist – CT Focus to optimize installation and training for our Emerging Technologies products, including CT and C-Arm systems. You will identify training needs, create educational materials, ensure on-time installations, and support sales at events, all in service of our mission to make A Better World for Pets.
What You'll Do
- Schedule onsite and remote product training with customers upon completion of sale for CT and related products.
- Provide onsite and remote training for mobile CT and OEC products.
- Connect equipment to customer PACS, HIS/MWL, and Telemedicine services as appropriate.
- Schedule follow-up and supplemental product training post-installation as needed.
- Instruct on basic system functionality and installation procedures at training events.
- Monitor installation completion through communication with installers and management of completion documentation.
- Handle escalations that arise due to issues during installation.
- Identify gaps and roadblocks post-installation and facilitate solutions.
- Troubleshoot problems as needed to support the installation team and resolve customer issues.
- Contribute to Knowledge Base articles regarding installation training, process, procedure, and responsibilities.
- Manage communication and oversight of outside consultants working directly with the assigned team.
- Identify trends and process improvement opportunities for the team and make suggestions to improve protocols.
- Contribute to thorough documentation within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Perform other assignments as directed by the manager.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of veterinary technician experience.
- 1+ years of veterinary radiology experience.
- Knowledge of veterinary anatomy.
- Ability to handle many tasks at once, including heavy phone and email volume.
- Ability to provide clear instructions in an educational format; written and didactic.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer networks and components.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of medical image/video formats and storage methods.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow through and resolve issues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to effectively shift attention between various tasks, team needs, and business demands.
Nice to Have
- Previous CT experience.
- Veterinary Technology Certification strongly preferred; will consider an Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of exotic species.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience.
