About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and operational hub of the SKYY9 CENTRE building in Bangkok. In this role, you'll ensure smooth front desk operations, facilitate communication, and support the building management team.

What You'll Do

  • Know the names of various tenants in the building and their internal phone numbers.
  • Answer incoming central phone calls from outside and transfer calls to the appropriate companies.
  • Be aware of special activities of the building owner or tenants.
  • Know basic building information such as number of floors, total area, and parking for tenants and visitors.
  • Know general information and business types of various tenants.
  • Record and notify important phone numbers (police, fire, electricity, water, hospital, district office).
  • Coordinate with building management regarding cleanliness and security in the G floor area.
  • Arrange taxi service for tenants, visitors, or general taxis.
  • Print, distribute, and post promotional documents and announcements for tenants, visitors, or the general public.
  • Provide basic information to visitors, answer initial inquiries about tenants, and coordinate with relevant departments for both Thai and foreign visitors.
  • Receive documents from external delivery services addressed to specific recipients and coordinate with the recipients for pickup.
  • Manage visitor pass exchange within the building.
  • Monitor the work of security and cleaning staff in the surrounding work area and report abnormalities to the building manager.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks.
  • Perform duties as assigned by the building supervisor and building manager.

Team & Environment

Reports to the Building Supervisor and Building Manager.

Work Mode

This role is onsite at the SKYY9 CENTRE building in Bangkok, Thailand.
