Ticketmaster is hiring a Manager, Client Marketing to deliver exceptional strategic marketing and media account management for our largest clients in the Sports vertical. You will build deep relationships, guide clients on marketing products, and execute campaigns to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Ensure retention and growth of performance media spend and tools within your client portfolio.
- Quarterback flawless execution of complex digital marketing campaigns, analytics projects, and other initiatives.
- Serve as the internal expert on your clients: understand their business challenges and the solutions Ticketmaster offers.
- Support growth targets by recommending cross-channel marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Leverage knowledge of ticketing data & software infrastructure.
- Translate data into insights by analyzing campaign performance to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide upsell recommendations.
- Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.
- Lead calls and meetings with clients; developing storylines and content to be shared.
- Guide clients in effective usage of Ticketmaster products and services, including reporting and segmentation applications.
- Assist with copywriting, image re-sizes and similar tasks for marketing campaigns across channels.
- Support the Marketing Director with ongoing training and team coaching.
- Stay current on live entertainment and marketing industry knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proven understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies, with expertise in at least one of: SEM, programmatic display, or paid social.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues across executive, mid-manager, and operations levels.
- Very strong competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust style for different audiences.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Up to 30% travel required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Sports and/or Sports Business.
- Digital media agency experience.
- Understanding and interest in the business side of sports.

This role is remote, open to candidates located in Texas, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana, or Florida. You will be working in your local country's time zone.
