PlanOmatic is looking for a freelance Rental Property Photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of rental properties. This is a flexible, part-time, 1099 independent contractor position ideal for filling schedule gaps. Photographers spend 30-60 minutes on-site per property and upload work for our dedicated team to edit and make client-ready.
What You'll Do
- Capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of rental properties at various locations.
- Spend an average of 30 to 60 minutes on-site completing services for each property.
- Upload captured work to PlanOmatic on-site for editing and client delivery.
What We're Looking For
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm for Full-Frame or 10mm for CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Apple or Android device.
- Memory card reader for mobile device.
- Tripod.
- Full-time access to a reliable vehicle.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
Team & Environment
You will work as a freelance contractor with a dedicated internal editing and client service team.
Work Mode
This is a local position, requiring travel to rental properties nationwide across 27 states.
