Manage the complete renewal journey for a diverse portfolio of international clients, initiating engagement 90 to 120 days before contract expiration. Your role will center on guiding discussions around terms, addressing concerns, and securing renewals while maintaining compliance with pricing policies and legal requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely and strategic contract extensions
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align on customer outcomes
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships through upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming strategies
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders during complex negotiations
- Monitor and report on renewal pipelines, proactively flagging potential churn risks
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in Salesforce, serving as the primary record for renewal activity
- Use performance metrics and customer insights to shape renewal approaches
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management roles
- Direct background in renewal or commercial account management—CSM, BDR, or SDR experience alone does not qualify
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and navigate enterprise procurement procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adaptability under shifting priorities
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing expectations of sales leadership
- Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ platforms
- Skill in leveraging data to guide decisions and communicate strategic narratives

- Background in Cybersecurity or Identity Management domains
