As a Renewals Specialist, you will lead the complete renewal process for a diverse portfolio of international SaaS clients. Your primary focus will be engaging customers well in advance of their contract end date—typically between 90 and 120 days out—to review terms, address concerns, and secure renewals while maintaining compliance and contractual accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end renewal operations, proactively managing timelines, stakeholder input, and customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align on renewal strategies and ensure smooth execution.
- Set clear expectations with Account Executives and contribute to internal consensus on renewal outcomes.
- Uncover opportunities to increase account value by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and co-termination options during renewal discussions.
- Ensure Salesforce remains the accurate, up-to-date source for all renewal data and forecasting inputs.
- Highlight potential churn risks early and provide leadership with transparent insights into pipeline health.
- Conduct negotiations with enterprise clients, balancing commercial objectives with pricing policies and legal requirements.
What You Bring
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or account management roles.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively, particularly in complex procurement environments.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset and adaptability in fast-moving settings.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
- Comfort using data to inform decisions and communicate business insights clearly.
