Responsibilities: - Renewal, add-on, and upgrade quote generation as needed - Refresh outstanding quote proration and expiration as needed - Review of discounts, free months, payment terms, etc. offered at initial purchase or prior to renewal - Act as additional reviewer of opportunity hygiene to ensure correct data entry and staging - Submit won opportunities for processing as requested - Assist with Custom Quotes as requested - Assist with training new team members as requested - Log and monitor personal team statistics on a daily basis Minimum Qualifications: - Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred - Experience with Gmail and Google Docs - Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) - Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred - Strong verbal and written communications - Excellent time management and organization skills - Superior customer service skills - Strong collaborative and team work skills - Ability to work with minimal supervision
