Tech Support Coordinator (Remote) (Position located in São Paulo, Brazil) is hiring a Renewal Specialist Admin

Responsibilities

  • Generate quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upgrades as required
  • Update proration and expiration dates on pending quotes when necessary
  • Evaluate discounts, complimentary months, payment terms, and similar terms from original purchases or renewal negotiations
  • Serve as a secondary reviewer to verify data accuracy and proper staging in sales opportunities
  • Forward won opportunities for processing upon request
  • Provide support with custom quote preparation when needed
  • Help onboard and train new team members when asked
  • Track and record personal and team performance metrics daily
