Global Payments is hiring a Customer Service Fraud Specialist to protect our customers from financial loss. You will investigate flagged credit card activity, analyze account histories, and communicate directly with cardholders and merchants to resolve potential fraud.
What You'll Do
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour with scripted responses to meet Service Level Agreement standards.
- Assist with lost and stolen reports, blocking accounts, and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further loss.
- Build credit card replacement orders and prepare shipping materials.
- Develop foundational fraud detection skills through training and research of policies, procedures, and analytical techniques.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all investigations.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 18 months.
- Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends, as part of a weekly schedule.
- Ability to be on camera at all times during work hours.
- A stable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps download and 15mbps upload speed via ethernet cable.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Availability to work assigned hours in a 24/7 call center environment, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check including criminal, drug screen, credit check (collections under $5k, excluding medical), education verification, and 10-year employment history verification.
- Willingness to complete an on-demand digital interview after applying.

- Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field.
