Responsibilities

  • Delivers hands-on patient care by conducting health assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes; performs health histories and physical exams, then reports findings to physicians.
  • Manages patient care coordination by arranging diagnostic testing, sharing results with physicians, joining inpatient rounds, scheduling appointments, and supporting referrals to external providers.
  • Supports physicians during exams, procedures, and other clinical activities related to direct patient treatment.
  • Carries out nursing-related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance requirements.
  • Serves as a communication bridge among patients, families, and healthcare professionals; explains medical routines and procedures, and shares patient care details with relevant parties.
