Hire Overseas is hiring a Remote US Recruiter to build and manage our entire candidate pipeline. You will source top talent on LinkedIn, own the interview process from scheduling to offer, and represent the founders directly to provide a premium candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify candidates on LinkedIn based on specific hiring manager criteria.
- Manage the complete interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow.
- Represent founders Alex and Ryan directly when engaging candidates on their behalf.
- Maintain the Ashby recruiting platform with meticulous detail for pipeline management.
- Send timely candidate follow-ups to ensure no prospect is overlooked.
- Adapt sourcing strategies quickly based on hiring manager feedback.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to the candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of talent acquisition experience for US or global markets.
- Exceptional fluency in English.
- Extremely detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple pipelines.
- Quick learner who can rapidly adjust search criteria and sourcing strategies.
- Proven recruiting track record with successful candidate placements.
- Proactive mindset with a bias for action.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

- Experience with the Ashby ATS.
- Willingness to work EST business hours.
