Provide high-quality outpatient therapy from anywhere in Virginia with full backing from a clinical team dedicated to supporting therapists. This role is designed for licensed professionals who want autonomy in treatment planning while benefiting from structured support in a sustainable remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD
- Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments within a consistent outpatient framework
- Maintain a manageable caseload focused on non-crisis, community-based care
- Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists for seamless patient referrals and integrated treatment planning
- Make independent clinical decisions guided by evidence-based practices
- Access clinical leadership for consultation when needed
- Focus on patient care—scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing are handled by the organization
What We Require
- Current, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
- At least two active, independent state licenses (exclusions apply for CA, NY, MA)
- Proven ability to manage an outpatient caseload independently
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and sound judgment
- Experience delivering care in fast-paced but structured settings
Preferred Experience
- Background in outpatient clinics, community mental health, or hospital-based programs
- Familiarity with CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, or DBT-informed approaches

Compensation
Base salary starts at $70,000. Therapists with a current CA license may qualify for a $90,000+ base with monthly performance incentives. Additional earnings of up to $20,000 are possible through incentive programs. Salary increases are available after two years based on tenure and performance.
