Deliver outpatient mental health services entirely remotely to individuals in Texas experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD. This role is designed for independently licensed therapists who want to focus on clinical work without the demands of on-call duties, inpatient care, or administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
Conduct 60-minute therapy sessions—both initial assessments and ongoing visits—within a consistent outpatient framework. You’ll maintain a stable caseload focused on lower to moderate acuity cases, supported by clear treatment goals and regular access to clinical leadership. Work independently while collaborating with an integrated team of psychiatrists for coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- Must hold an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with active, unrestricted status
- Hold at least two active state licenses (exceptions apply for CA, NY, and MA)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a steady outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and capacity for autonomous decision-making
- Experience in outpatient or community mental health settings preferred
- Familiarity with structured therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed models

Compensation
Base salary starts at $70,000; therapists with a California license qualify for a $90,000+ base plus potential monthly productivity incentives. Total earnings can increase by up to $20,000 through performance incentives. Salary increases are eligible after two years of service.
