We’re seeking licensed therapists to deliver remote outpatient mental health services to patients in Oregon. This role offers full clinical autonomy within an evidence-based virtual care framework, supported by a team designed to reduce administrative demands and enhance patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 60-minute remote therapy sessions, including intakes and follow-ups
- Support individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and related concerns
- Maintain a steady outpatient caseload without crisis or inpatient responsibilities
- Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists for coordinated care
- Access clinical leadership for consultation and guidance as needed
What We Require
- Current, unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Active license in at least two states (excluding CA, NY, MA)
- Proven ability to manage a consistent outpatient workload independently
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and sound judgment
- Experience delivering care in fast-paced but sustainable settings
Preferred Experience
- Background in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, or structured clinical programs
- Familiarity with skills-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed therapy
