About the Role
The therapist will conduct remote clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to patients using a hybrid model that combines psychiatric and therapeutic care. The role emphasizes timely access, coordinated care, and the use of technology to support patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth
- Deliver individual therapy sessions using secure video platforms
- Collaborate with psychiatrists to coordinate patient care
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Respond to patient messages within established timeframes
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Follow clinical protocols and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements in Ohio
- Engage in ongoing clinical documentation and charting
- Support patients through crisis situations when necessary
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
- Coordinate care transitions with external providers
- Adhere to HIPAA and patient privacy regulations
- Utilize outcome tracking tools to inform treatment
- Attend required training and professional development
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to clinical escalations from care coordination staff
- Maintain scheduled patient appointment times
- Support timely access to care for new patient referrals
- Work within a multidisciplinary care model
- Uphold professional ethics and clinical standards
- Engage in peer consultation as needed
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
Nice to Have
