What You'll Do
Deliver remote outpatient therapy sessions to individuals managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD. Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, maintaining a consistent caseload with clear clinical goals. Use structured, evidence-based approaches tailored to patient needs while benefiting from clinical leadership support when needed.
Work independently within a sustainable model that emphasizes quality care and professional judgment. Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists through established referral pathways and follow transparent expectations for documentation, pacing, and patient engagement.
Requirements
- Hold an independent license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent
- Possess an active, unrestricted license in your state
- Have two or more active, independent state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Demonstrate experience managing outpatient caseloads independently
- Show strong clinical decision-making, communication skills, and adaptability in a structured virtual environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in outpatient clinics, community mental health, hospitals, or IOP settings
- Experience using skills-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed methods

Compensation
Base salary starts at $70,000; therapists with a CA license receive a $90,000+ base. Eligible clinicians can earn up to $20,000 in performance incentives. Salary increases are available after two years of tenure.

This is a fully remote role open to clinicians in Nebraska. The schedule offers flexibility within a structured outpatient framework, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while delivering consistent care.
