Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy
- Work with lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others)
- Conduct standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups)
- Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals
- Do not handle inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities
- Collaborate within an in-house referral network to and from psychiatrists
- Receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
Requirements
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent)
- Active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA)
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
- Must not be seeking supervision toward licensure
- Must not be looking to build a fully self-directed 1099/Private Practice
Nice to Have
- Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g. CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)

- Therapists with a CA license in hand are eligible for base salary of $90K+ monthly productivity incentive

Compensation
$70k with ability to earn up to $20k in incentives; CA license holders eligible for $90K+ base salary plus monthly productivity incentive
