About the Role

The IDN Account Manager is responsible for leading and expanding market presence in the Chicago-Midwest territory, with a focus on hospital injectables, oncology, and integrated delivery networks. This position requires a driven sales professional experienced in managing complex accounts and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned accounts within the territory
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, market dynamics, and product offerings to deliver maximum value
  • Expand company presence in injectable, oncology, IDN, and specialty markets
  • Promote products professionally and efficiently to achieve sales targets
  • Successfully complete required sales training programs
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and drive adherence across accounts
  • Grow existing business relationships while identifying and developing new opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ongoing support
  • Work closely with marketing, contracts, customer service, portfolio development, national accounts, and sales leadership
  • Stay informed about competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy
  • Provide regular internal updates on account progress and market developments
  • Identify key customers and implement alternative strategies when needed

Requirements

  • Must live in or near the Chicago metropolitan area
  • Proven experience as an IDN Account Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding performance goals
  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within teams
