Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and manage day-to-day operations of counseling services
- Ensure delivery of effective, high-quality mental health treatment
- Promote client self-sufficiency and active participation of families in the treatment process
- Provide clinical leadership for individual and group therapy programs
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and government regulations
