Lavendo is hiring a Remote Technical Project Manager (Data Privacy & AI) to lead the end-to-end implementation of an AI-powered data privacy compliance solution for enterprise customers. You will coordinate all project activities, manage timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with internal product, engineering, and customer support teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product implementation process for enterprise clients.
- Coordinate daily with clients and development teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Oversee and coordinate developer activities, including task tracking, status monitoring, and ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for delivery, reporting to the VP of Client Delivery.
- Provide expert product guidance and serve as a trusted advisor to clients during implementation.
- Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate issues to keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, developers, and senior management.
- Create and maintain detailed project tracking documentation and regular status reports.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of professional working experience.
- A background as a Software Engineer who transitioned to a Project Manager role in a B2B SaaS product environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both VP/C-suite level clients and internal engineering teams.
- Technical knowledge related to SaaS products or cloud-based platforms (coding is not required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SaaS projects concurrently.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and support.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Ability and willingness to work Eastern Time hours (until 4 pm ET).
Nice to Have
- Background in privacy and knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Team & Environment
Work closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer support. You will report directly to the VP of Client Delivery.
