About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to post openings and attract talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Track recruitment metrics and report on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
- Enhance the candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Support onboarding by coordinating with HR and department leads
- Participate in recruitment process improvement initiatives
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment screenings
- Assist in employer branding efforts through career pages and social media
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven experience with full-cycle hiring processes
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and job boards
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Nice to Have
- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, AIRS)
- Experience in a remote or distributed work environment
- Background in technical or IT recruitment
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices
