Position Overview You will integrate into the Remote Support team, managing a comprehensive range of customer inquiries related to Rockwell Automation and Allen Bradley software, specifically supporting Japanese-based customers through Japanese-language communication. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to acquire intricate knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation, potentially specializing in domains like PLC, SCADA, HMI, Power Control – Drives, Motion, Industrial Networks, and numerous other technological fields. Your Responsibilities: - Deliver customer support in Japanese by troubleshooting issues via phone, chat, and email. Conduct simulation and analysis of client challenges using available resources. Investigate, validate, and resolve reported problems. - Demonstrate advanced Japanese language proficiency. Intermediate to upper-level English skills will be advantageous. - Manage customer interactions, including setting clear expectations, documenting issue resolutions, implementing Knowledge-Centered Support processes, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Document technical solutions and industry best practices. - Function as the company's primary customer interface for multiple product lines and inquiry types. - Cultivate professional expertise. Apply organizational policies to address diverse technical challenges. - Contribute to establishing and achieving customer satisfaction metrics. - Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and complete mandatory organizational documentation and training. - Develop specialized expertise in Rockwell software domains, delivering internal training and knowledge sharing. - Create and update technical documentation, including solution guides, troubleshooting notes, and implementation best practices to enhance customer experience. - Actively engage with colleagues and customers, fostering collaborative relationships and conducting technical presentations. - Commit to continuous improvement in product and technological understanding.
