MrFluffyFriend is hiring a REMOTE Supply Chain Executive (Freelance) to take full ownership of logistics and operations for our fast-growing international pet brand. You will oversee the complete supply chain for multiple online stores and lead our growing supply chain team.
What You'll Do
- Own our global supply chain strategy, from sourcing to final delivery.
- Lead supply planning, forecasting, and stock allocation across warehouses.
- Work directly with international suppliers and our 3PL partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the chain.
- Solve problems before they escalate, such as stockouts, delays, or overstock.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Help shape and scale a high-performing supply chain team.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics within D2C e-commerce.
- Understanding of the fast pace of a modern e-commerce business.
- Ability to operate strategically while being hands-on.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with 3PL management and international shipments.
- Thrives in a remote, fast-paced, results-driven team with a start-up like culture.

Nice to Have
- Other languages are a big plus, especially: Dutch, German, or Mandarin.
- Bonus: has built or scaled a supply chain for a consumer product brand.

You will manage a team including our Store Manager, Operations Manager, Stock Planner, Sourcing Agent, and CS Manager (plus an international customer service team). You will work closely with the executive team and CEO to align on strategic goals and identify growth opportunities.
