EX Squared is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our clinical lab systems portfolio. This fully remote role requires deep expertise in the clinical diagnostics or laboratory technology sector.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for clinical lab systems
- Create targeted campaigns for laboratory decision-makers and clinical stakeholders
- Analyze market trends in clinical diagnostics to inform product positioning
- Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI for all initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, clinical diagnostics, or laboratory systems
- Proven track record marketing complex B2B clinical or laboratory technology
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments in clinical diagnostics
- Experience with global marketing campaigns and North American market penetration
- Excellent analytical skills for market research and campaign performance
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position supporting operations in North Carolina. You’ll collaborate with distributed teams across time zones.
