EX Squared is looking for a Remote Senior Marketing Manager to own and drive the marketing strategy for our Clinical Lab Systems business. You will be a key player in shaping the market presence and growth trajectory for our specialized technology solutions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies targeting clinical laboratories and healthcare institutions.
- Lead go-to-market campaigns for new product launches and feature updates.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform positioning and messaging.
- Create high-impact marketing content and collateral tailored to a technical and regulatory-driven audience.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, optimizing for ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology.
- Proven track record of developing and managing full-funnel marketing programs for complex technical products.
- Strong understanding of the clinical laboratory operational and regulatory environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
