Instacart is hiring a Retention Sales Development Representative II to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our customer retention and sales development efforts.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and drive retention.
- Execute sales development strategies focused on maintaining and growing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and act on retention opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to inform outreach and improve retention outcomes.

- Proven experience in a sales development, account management, or customer retention role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of retention-focused activities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide strategy.
