About the Role
The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of remote client sites, ensuring service delivery meets established standards, coordinating with vendors, and reporting on performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational performance across multiple client locations
- Coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely service delivery
- Track compliance with contractual service level agreements
- Report on key performance indicators and service metrics
- Respond to service disruptions and coordinate resolution
- Maintain accurate records of site operations and vendor interactions
- Communicate regularly with client contacts regarding site status
- Escalate critical issues following defined protocols
- Conduct routine audits of vendor work quality
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory standards are followed
- Manage work order systems and track completion rates
- Support onboarding of new sites into management portfolio
- Provide input for vendor evaluation and renewal decisions
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client requirements
- Coordinate responses during emergency or after-hours events
- Verify invoice accuracy against delivered services
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients
- Track inventory and equipment status at managed sites
- Support continuity planning for critical site functions
