RoomPriceGenie is looking for a Remote Sales & Revenue Manager in Mexico to be our local expert for hotel clients. You will guide them through pricing strategies and ensure they get the most out of our technology. This role owns the customer journey from lead to loyal customer and plays a key part in shaping our product's future.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies to ensure their success.
- Own the journey from lead to loyal customer—taking over leads, supporting them during setup, and maintaining feedback loops.
- Build your own network in the industry, sourcing your own deals and growing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the tech team, giving valuable input on product improvements based on real client feedback.
- Shape the future of a fast-growing startup by bringing creative ideas and fresh approaches to the table.
What We're Looking For
- C2-level Spanish proficiency and fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Currently based in Mexico.
- A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation.
- Experience in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales and understanding the needs of hoteliers.
- Excellent communicator who knows how to build strong relationships with clients.

- Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality.
- Knowledge of more languages.
